we have a male and female brother/sister we've had since kittens. the male is much larger & the bully. he wants what she has, no matter what. we separate them as much as necessary, but he still rules the roost. we have resigned ourselves to the thought that it is nature speaking... he is the dominant one & that's all there is to it.

Did you do any sort of the "introduction to a new cat" things? Like rubbing each of them down with a cloth and letting the other smell it, then rubbing them down and letting the other smell it? Cats should be introduced slowly, I think. As long as no one's drawing blood I personally wouldn't think it to be a problem unless the bullied cat is getting so stressed it affects her eating habits and/or bathroom habits. I've got an outdoor female who tries to bully EVERYONE. Can't do much when I can't keep an eye on them 24-7 though. She doesn't draw blood, however, or fight.

There is a thread of introducing cats to each other, I believe in this Behavior forum. Check it out, it's got a lot of information.
