Was wondering if this is something i should address immediately. My year and half cat has been licking the inside of his mouth a lot and his voice has been restricted. Its been three days now. His appetite and behavior has been all ok though so he doesnt seem too sick. Any personal experience with this?

Open his mouth up and take a good look inside, including around and under the tongue. You'll probably need help. See if you can see anything actually in his mouth that could be bothering him.
