Cat Trees: Best Prices?

My new kitten comes home in a week and the breeder says she is really enjoying the cat trees/condos. My other kitty is an "under" kitty, so I never thought of getting a kitty tree until now.
Where seems to have the best prices on cat trees? I'm debating making one, but would need to buy a saw, thus negating the frugality incentive.

I don't know about where to buy, but if the saw is what prevents homemade from being frugal, a lot of home depot type stores will cut wood that you buy for 25 cents a cut. We went to Lowes and they do this, and didn't even keep track- it was honor system and the guy did a LOT of cuts.

May be a week late, but ...I love me some wal-fart for the floor to ceiling k-trees 40.00 and lasts forever with 3 pitches!

Do tell lady, what did you get for lil kitty!?

i've heard nothing but good things about armarkat.com. Free shipping and very sturdy! And half of what you'd pay at the pet store for a lesser quality. I see walmart has armarkat trees, I wonder if it's the same company?
