all about Joey! (a little pic heavy..)

Joey was neutered yesterday and is feeling a little sleepy today and not his usual self...poor baby. I decided to share some pictures of my favorite boy (but shh don't tell the rest!!)


Joey used to hide in boxes all the time when he was small


Then Billy came along and when he couldn't get into the box with Joey, he would sit on top of the boxes.


Some of Joey's favorite sleeping places include the dryer when I leave it open for him


Mommy's lap while she is on the computer


Getting real cozy there...


and baskets.


Joey does not like his carrier, or going to the vet.


And when he gets neutered he gets so sleepy and wants mommy's lap even more.


And when mommy's lap is not available, he has baby stray to lay with (and Billy, but I couldn't get a good picture!)

Beautiful Kitties! Especially the orange tabby boys. My marmalade Funny Feet is the apple of my eye, so I have a soft spot for this color! Every house should have a ginger kitty. They bring good luck.

And intelligent too. They know their mama is a real hero for saving their life....

oh he absolutely knows how cute he is! Each time he has seen a vet they tell him he is so soft and adorable, and he just eats up the attention. He has the loudest purrbug I have ever heard....all he ever does it purr!! Since his neuter, the poor boy has been sooo attached to me. He sleeps on my lap more then ever, and just gives me a big sad eye look like he is telling me to never leave him at the vet again. If I am sitting on the couch on the computer, he is either laying on my lap/the computer, next to me/halfway across my lap, or stretched out on the coffee table 2 feet away (right where the fan hits, he is so smart and knows how to stay cool).

I could talk about my Joey forever. I love him! And I have three musketeer kitties now, since Joey, Billy and the baby stray have decided they are inseparable. Baby stray picked us as his permanent mommy and daddy it seems, so we really need to settle on a name here soon!

Awwwww! Joey looks like a total cuddle-bug!! I love how he's all curled up and peaceful! How sweet!
