Todays is an easy and very random one....

Do you chew gum, if so do you have a fav. kind or does it change all the time?

I am trying to chew more but it gives me a headache. I noticed the hygienist doesn't have to scrap as much when I chewed gum. I use Trident spearmint and cinnamon when I am sick.

No. One of two things will happen if I do, either the right side of my jaw will repeatedly pop or I'll bite open my cheek/lip.

Besides, when I was a kid gum used to tasted better. Now it all has aspartame in it.

No, I learned my lesson several years ago. I had just eaten a Japanese meal which left bad taste of soy/sodium in my mouth. I popped in some gum to get rid of it. The gum pulled out af filling which cost over a hundred bucks to replace. No more gum for me.

I hardly ever chew gum, perhaps only when I am going somewhere where I want my breath to smell fantastic and have a quick chew before I get there

Occasionally I'll have a bit to freshen my breath if I'm going from the car into a situation where I'll be interacting with people, but I never chew gum in public.

Love it! 5 Blue is my favorite ever! My husband buys it for me by the case - because it's much cheaper - from the grocery store he works at. Love my hubby. If I don't chew gum I tend to chew on my lips from stress so gum is good.

I used to chew gum all the time, Xtra Bubble gum. I rarely do anymore because I have mouth ulcers and geographic tongue. Chewing gum hurts too much, especially the mint flavors. I usually have to spray my mouth with Cetacaine, or use a Xylocaine rinse to even brush my teeth.

I love gum. Right now my gum of choice is Dentyne Pure, the mint flavor with "herbal accents". Otherwise I love Stride wintergreen flavor. Anything mint/wintergreen, nothing fruity or too sweet. I always have gum in my purse and on my desk. I buy them in the big packs at the grocery store.

Strangely, my husband cannot chew gum. EVERY time he does, he accidentally swallows it within minutes of putting it in his mouth. Isn't that strange? It's impossible for him to keep gum in his mouth.

I'm the same way! I have to chew gum to keep my mouth busy, otherwise I chew the heck out of the inside of my lips.
