It feels so great to be back!

We had another ultra sound yesterday which showed heartbeat! So the baby has survived all these bleedings and so far all is well. We're not out of the woods yet, as there are signs of the separation of the pregnancy sack from the uterus (that was the reason for the bleeding). The doc said to keep resting and not "go to work", but he also said I can get out of bed and sit by the computer for 2-3 hours a day!!!

Apparently, we had a narrow escape. That pregnancy would have been lost if I hadn't stayed in bed the whole time. It's really great to know that all the effort was not in vain. I can't begin to describe the feeling of seeing that heartbeat on the monitor! Such an overwhelming sense of relief! This one was against the odds - we had a 70-80% chance of losing the pregnancy.

But... we're not out of the woods yet. That's why I need to keep resting for the next couple of weeks - until our next ultrasound. If all is well then, this will return to be a normal pregnancy. Until then - it's still considered a high-risk pregnancy.

I've really missed you guys! I'm going to read all the threads I've missed (I guess if I have 2-3 hours a day, it would take me several days!) I do hope everyone's okay!

Love you all
!!!

And I got it! Welcome back Anne! You still need to take care of yourself though, so even though you feel better try not to overdo. I will continue to pray that God's loving hand will be upon you, your baby and hubby and protect all of you.

Welcome back!!!

WELCOME BACK ANNE!!!!!

I was so happy to see your name up on the site today. It brought tears
to my eyes to know that you and the baby are okay and that a heartbeat was found. Prayers are a powerful thing. Please take care of yourself and don't overdue it. Give my best to Alpha and baby.

I am so happy to hear you got some good news. Just make sure and take it easy. We all miss you here, but you need to relax in bed!! You need to get used to being away from the computer anyway, babies tend to keep you on your toes

Thank you everyone for your kind words! I am really happy to be back. I'm feeling very pregnany these past few days
I've been sick twice yesterday evening and then once again in the middle of last night - Yuck!

I'm always nasueaous too
, but I try not to complain too much as I'm really happy to be feeling like this if you see what I mean... Thinking about having a few weeks like this though.... Last night was awful! I hate being sick but there was nothing I could do about it! On top of that I had a splitting headache and the combination was really nasty! I'm thinking this may also be because of the stress I've gone through these past 2 weeks - lying in bed not knowing what's going to happen. And I'm generally anxious about the whole baby thing... I keep telling myself that so many women have been through this before and survived
but I'm still having the occasional panic attack! I guess throwing up my prozac pill doesn't help

Well, I hope everything will turn out for the best! Thanks again everyone for your kind words!

Whoever named it "morning sickness" obviously was never pregnant (must've been a guy). It should be morning, noon and night sickness. But, as bad as it makes you feel, it's a good feeling in a strange sort of way. That too shall pass. Glad to have you back!

Here's to getting over anytime of the day sickness soon! Mine didn't go away til the fourth month. I just had bad nauseau though, nothing else. I had bad headeaches too, I think they were stress induced from work, because when I switched departments they went away.
You can do it Anne! This is my third! I've done it twice and am brave enough to do it again! Even after seeing what happens when they turn 2!
