Well after the advice they gave to me about the nuisance cat I had coming round spraying it with water and it causing a bit of an uproar on here when I posted it then I think it shows how far down the RSPCA have slipped. Yes they can prosecute and they defintly should, problem is over here animal cruelty offenders just seem to get a slap on the wrist. x

It's all political correctness, and that's when your vigilantes step in and do the job themselves.

I would love to have a look at her contract of employment to see what their terms and conditions are though

I know she works for Royal Bank of Scotland and I cannot see them taking this issue lightly, I know they cannot do much without a criminal conviction.x

Especially if customers start closing their accounts with them.

It's a really awkward one with it happening outside of work, which is why i think they'll offer her a redundancy package and ask her to resign. I know it's what i would do if i was her Manager.

Good grief can you imagine that, me the cat lover being her Manager

But one thing she wouldn't be allowed to do is to pet any cat!!
Problem with this is it's likely to make her hate cats more then help her understand and respect life. That's why I think she should be turned out into the wilderness, in a desolate country side, where she will be as defenseless as the kitty she victimized for no reason.

The woman is going to be prosecuted of animal cruelty, I just read it from the news. Here's a link to a short news video, it's in english even though the site is finnish: http://www.iltasanomat.fi/videot/ulkomaat/2254398

One thing is for sure... I wouldn't let my cat outside after this incident... I am glad this excuse of human being is being prosecuted though.

She will probably at best get a slap on the wrist and told she cant keep animals for a few years, i would like to think otherwise, but i do personally know a woman that had 18 cats in her house 3 of which had starved to death and she was only given a fine and told she couldnt keep pets for 5 years

When i saw the first figure for the fine i was so mad, but then saw the final figure.

I'd have made her do a stint in a shelter for a couple of month's as well, but only to clean out litterboxes

That was on the news here tonight, but the report didn't mention the court costs.
