Morning peeps!

Rainy day today, and I am eating breakkie and having a coffee.

Off to work in a few minutes and may visit with an old friend tonight if she comes into town.

Not much else going on.

You all have a good day

Morning all!

Short work week for me. I work today and tomorrow and then I'm off for 5 days, woot! Along with that, I'm going to work from home today and tomorrow.
Oh how I love my job!

Hopefully we'll be able to go for a nice walk this evening if it stays nice out. Yesterday we went for a GREAT walk along the Irving Nature Park, one of my favorite places.

Morning!

Kailie, how I would love to be able to work from home!

A sunny morning, but the local weather-weenies are calling for isolated t-storms later on this afternoon. We ended up with over an inch of rain yesterday and we were happy to get that....it's been so dry around here.

Have a good one....

Morning/Afternoon

Jr is fighting a nap today. LoL He keep throwing the binkie out of the crib. I think today might be a good day to get him to nap without it. Should be interesting right?

I have so much to do. Mom's Birthday is tomorrow. I knew this. I didn't pay attention that it's her 65th. We are scrambling to get a surprise party put together for Saturday. So many maybes it's driving me nuts. Oh well. DH is making pulled pork so we don't have to worry if we have enough food. I told Mom it's for DH's mother though. Hehe is she so upset it isn't for her alone. It should be a nice surprise when people start randomly showing up.

No more slacking. I have cleaning to do. The hose for the washer came out of the utility sink last week and I am still cleaning that mess up. The original paint on the floor is bleeding and the new rug doesn't cover the whole area.

Rain here on and off but not nearly enough. I have my windows open but if the rain starts coming in, I will have to shut them down and turn on the a/c and I really don't want to do that. The rain is heavy at times and then down to practically nothing. I know eventually today I will need the a/c back on since it will get very humid.

Nothing we can do about Mother Nature.

Morning. I slept in til about 9:45 this morning!
Oops! I slept really soundly last night too which is rare since we moved. Anyway I am finally up and moving and being somewhat productive. The lawnmower guy was just here so if I didn't finally wake up at 9:45 on my own, I would've gotten woken up by the mower. I'm glad I saw him, I pawned off 4 lemons on him. One of which was seriously grapefruit size.

I am kind of stuck at home all day because BF's passport is supposed to arrive via FedEx and someone has to sign for it. The man is from England, and we're going there NEXT WEEK for his brother's wedding, kind of a big important thing here, and he waited til LAST WEEK to get his UK passport renewed and paid a whole bunch to have it expedited, and even then it wasn't guaranteed that it would come by 8/31 when we're flying out! Talk about procrastination!
However, on Friday he got an email saying it is on its way, with the FedEx tracking # and all that. So we can breathe a bit. But still not totally rest til the passport is actually here. But, last I checked it is On the Vehicle for Delivery. So I hope it comes sooner rather than later.

So I have no other plans as of yet until accounting class tonight. Well I plan to do some laundry and cleaning since I'm stuck here. And I should read some Business Law too. But no fun plans anyway.
That's ok though, it's Monday. Not supposed to be fun.

Well I hope you all have a good day, be sure to walk between the raindrops, east coasters!

It's Tuesday here already, so good morning!
Today I shall take 2 of the kitties to have their vaccinations and make few important phone calls. I should also find cheap ink for my printer, I keep forgetting it.
Seems like I'm catching up a flu or something, hopefully I'm wrong.

Evening all!!

I squeezed two landscape weeding jobs in one before work and one after. Spent too much time at morning one and had to clean up and change clothes in like 3 minutes!!

So my feet hurt and I'm relaxing on the sofa.

Might work on straightening up craft room/office later.

Tomorrow I bolt from home at 6:30 am as I joined a gym and bought 12 personal trainer sessions. Hopefully I can get motivated (esp with all the $$ for the trainer) to lose these 20 pounds! Work then some shopping/errands after work.

Temps are in the mid-70's and no wind - a late summer night in Wisconsin!!

Right here! :)
This morning we took my younger son to the 12 month health check up. He got one immune shot with a mixture of immune factors.
He turned out to be 76 cm long (29.9 inches) and 9.235 kilos (20.3 lbs), which is just on the normal curve here.

The weather today was so great, sunny and fairly warm, even though it is suddenly getting cooler.
After my son had his nap outside in the pram, we went swimming...well, we didn´t swim very much, but we went to the swimming pool and had a great time. We have lots of public outside geothermally heated swimming pools here. This one is very close and has salt water in it, so no clorine, which is great.
Both boys had a great time. The older one love the waterslide at that swimming pool, and the other loves the swimming pool. We are going to start a new level in infant swimming tomorrow, so we practiced what he had allready learned, to prepare him.
