Do desexed boy cats get nipples & at what age?

Well, they HAVE nipples, just as male humans have nipples. But they aren't very big, and are usually covered with fur. If you look carefully you can see them.
All kittens (male and female) are born with a complete set of nipples. The females produce milk and the males don't. Plain and simple.
