Bea has gone over the Rainbow Bridge, succumbing to renal failure.
I'm still trying to come to grips with this. I realize it's been almost 2 years since she was adopted (about 2.5 years since diagnosis), but her renal failure was caught so early & was in the beginning stages I expected her to have more time than she did. Once again, I regret adopting her out & not keeping her here to live out her final years.
(For those not familiar with her story, here is a link to a thread about her.)
Play happily over the Rainbow Bridge, my "Bea"utiful girl.

That's so unfair! Nat, don't regret finding her a home...you moved heaven and earth to give that girl something she never had before...a place to call home. Most people would have passed her by, or worse, have her put down. But you didn't. You gave her years she never would have had.
Play happily at the bridge Bea!
