We don't get many Ben and Jerry flavours in Canada so I have never had it. I hate when companies get rid of the best flavours. My fav chips were Lays hot BBQ, but it is now discontinued. I don't like sweet BBQ chips!

Hissy - that just means you have to keep trying new flavours until you get another you like just as well!

Makes me laugh that they made a graveyard for all of these flavors!

Ben & Jerry's was sold to a larger company (either Dryers or Bryers), a little over a year ago. I hope they keep the quality up, and the Cherry Garcia....that's my favorite.

Wow! Some of those retired flavours sounded really good. I've never seen ice cream from that company where I live though. It sounds like I'm missing out. It reminds me of when General Mills discontinued a cereal called Boo Berry. I always wanted to try it when I was a little kid, but our mother wouldn't buy stuff like that, (which was probably a good idea.) She did pass on the love of ice cream though.

Actually, General Mills still make Boo Berry, as well as Count Chocula and Franken Berry. I thought they were gone too, but one day walking through the cereal isle there they were. I know Wal-Mart carries them. Do they have Wal-Mart in Canada?

I stand... er sit corrected. We do have Wal-Mart here. I'm definitely going to check out of curiosity the next time I'm there. I may be tempted to pick it up too.
I know they don't have it at the supermarkets I regularly go to though.

As long as they keep Cherry Garcia, I'll be ok. The Dreamery ice cream gives Ben & Jerry's a good competition. Their Chocolate Mint, and Strawberry Cheesecake are yummmmmmy!

Target also carried BooBerry, FrankenBerry and Count Chocula, although not consistently. I see them on the shelves a few times a year, and always make sure to grab a Frankenberry!
