I got home today and saw that Ginga's chin seemed very swollen, I took a photo:

Is there something I should do about this or will it go down. She loves to chase bees so she may have swallowed one or been stung, she also ate a spider today and an ant
So, anyway, should I do something?

If you have any infant anti-allergy medication, a few drops works well. Otherwise, the powder from half a benadryl cap mixed with some tuna juice or something similar also helps. (told to me by a vet when one of my cats got stung).

Watch to make sure she's not having trouble breathing --that's an immediate trip to a vet.

Also make sure you look for a stinger. If you find one, then make sure you use something like a credit card to scrape it out of the skin. DON'T squeeze it, since that releases more poisons. Scrape it out instead of using tweezers.

If it was a spider bite, then make sure you keep an eye on the wound to make sure there is no discoloration. That would be a sign of a brown recluse or other flesh-eating spider toxin. That would also be a trip to the vet.

But if she's not stiff, doesn't seem in too much pain (mild discomfort is to be expected), and isn't having problems breathing, then just the benadryl or infant allergy drops should be good. Just make sure they contain NO tylenol, aspirin, or ibuprofen. You just want the allery medication.

I say talk to your vet before giving any meds and I think this would warrant a trip to the vet.

Well, Ginga got stung again. This time it was on her paw, I know it hurts her because she lifts it up all the time and licks it, my father saw it happen. He was watching her and she was doing what she loves, chasing bees when suddenly one sting her. She ran off and sat down and licked her paw, ever since then she's been limping. It looks as though her whole leg is swollen, should I do something or will it simply go down just as her chin did? I will try to get a photo but she hates it being lifted up. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Please contact your vet and get his advice. Do NOT give them human meds unless advised so by your vet.
