I found myself at 5:45 am this Monday morning, crawling under a neighbor's car, cajoling my 1 year old flamepoint ragdoll-persian-siamese mix kitty to puh-leeze give up chasing that tiny black bunny and come home, only to have her chatter back obstinately like a squirrel and refuse to move.
After several dances around and under the shiny expensive car of people I do not know, I did retrieve both her and her bright blue harness and leash with the rhinestone studs... I wrapped the grease-covered kitty in the shirt which I took off my back, (thank gawd I was also wearing a camisole) and brought her back to de-grease, wash, and dry her ... long white fur. By 8am we were done, I was late for work, and need another weekend to recover. So, I felt I might check into a cat support group!
Here she is: my lovely delicate Soleste, mighty huntress, with a spirit of fire.
