I have a 10wk old kitten I just brought home on Tuesday. Im pretty sure he was dumped off by my house so I have no idea of his diet or anything else prior to me finding him. I am feeding him Innova dry food and some wellness wet food. How long should I give this food to see if it agrees with him. His bm are still a runny but I think they are getting better. He was wormed on Tuesday and I have to give him another round this week. Will this have any effect on elimination?
This combinations is what I feed my older cat and he does very well on it. Hardly any smell and his bm's are perfect. Tiny and solid. LOL!!!

I would try to wait but if it seems they get worse mix with some kitten chow(chances are the old owner fed something very low/cheap) Thats whats worked for me on new cats/kittens. Just remember any loose stool puts the kitten at risk for dehydration more easily then an adults body.

You may have issues telling till the worming is done... as that is the side effect of worming...

I second the keep watch on hydration
