Gag gift birthday ideas?

My oldest SIL will be having a surprise 60th birthday party in a couple of weeks. I'm looking for more unusual gag gifts (but not nasty ones!)
Its usually the denture cream or other products for mature people like all that over the hill stuff.
We are giving her a nice gift as well.
Any ideas will be appreciated!

You can also use a walker and "decorate" it with one of those orange flags for bikes, horns, and other things like that.

some i've given/received: cane; bottle of jelly beans w/fake script label on it - like for some age-related condition.
my dad got a plastic cane that had an a-oo-gah horn on it. my sister [for my 50th] made me a 'tombstone' cake [gray icing, too!] w/a fake vulture [from Hobby Lobby] standing guard over it.
sorry i can't come up w/more inventive/original stuff.
oh, for a friends 30th [i think] BD another friend gave him a card w/the sentiment that, at his 'advanced' age, he should "throw caution to the wind" - what really made this cute, tho, was she got the 'caution' tape & cut it into pieces & put the pieces into a small box. he could literally 'throw caution to the wind'!

How about going the other way and getting her a present for a 16- year old? Tickets to a movie, popcorn, lip gloss for the date, etc. For a 16 year old I might include something to do with babies but I don't think that that would be an issue here. I might include a coupon for a massage.
