My dear Lola is approx 5 months old and one of her front lower teeth is real crooked and we are concerned. I believe they have baby teeth and from a quick google search it appears she should be loosing her baby teeth around this time and she will swallow it... but I am still concerned.

She shows no signs of pain though... but she's going in for her spay surgery Tuesday and would just like some sort of warning as to whether I will have a random tooth charge or related, heh.

Anyone know anything about kitten teeth... ?

Totally normal. There is more of a problem if the new one grows in and the old ones stick around long term. Nuts had both his adult 'fangs' and his baby fangs at the same time on both sides on top, right next to each other. I kept an eye on it and the baby ones fell out within a week once the big ones were totally in. I was going to call the vet if they didn't fall out but as I said I just kept an eye on it and they were gone within a week.

I would assume it doesn't hurt it's just like a human losing their baby teeth and there is no pain in that. Only difference is kittens can't pull their teeth out when they are loose, so they will fall out and be swallowed on fall out their mouth onto the floor.

Holland was about 5 months old when I adopted her, and I am SO glad the vet told me that she still had some baby teeth, so I didn't freak out when I found a few on the floor over the course of a couple of weeks.
I don't think it hurt her at all when here baby teeth fell out.
