It's Friday the 13th........
which leads to my question

How superstitious are you? Are you worried that it's Friday the 13th?

I'm not really superstitious, but i do believe in tempting fate

I'm not superstitious, I think whatever is going to happen is going to happen. Friday the 13th is just another day!

Not superstitious here either.

Not particularly superstitious, but if I spill salt I throw a pinch over my shoulder. I think that's more of a habit than anything else.

Haha I didnt even realize today was Friday the 13th..thats how much I pay attention to things. I normally only get superstitious about Friday the 13th when it falls in October the rest of the year I dont pay attention to it.

Of course now saying that it means something bad is going to happen today. Ughhh time to rack my brain thinking of the bad stuff that could happen..


Since Im having vehicle problems its probably going to be my car breaking down tonight when we go to the store and it costing an arm and a leg to fix!!

It's after 10pm Friday night here and nothing bad's happened, not that I'm superstitious about Friday the 13th anyway.

I know it's weird....but Friday the 13th has always been lucky for me (or at least a good day), but maybe that's just because it's Friday!

Hey my dh and I became engaged on a Friday the 13th and this November will be happily married for 34 years. Now having said that I always throw salt over my shoulder when I spill it. i don't feel comfortable not doing it and feel a little out of sorts until I do.

NO I am not in any way.

Not superstitious here either. Just another day.

I also have a doctor's appointment today and unlike many other buildings, DOES have a thirteenth floor and that is where I will soon be heading. Perhaps I better get off the elevator on the 12th floor and walk up one flight.

I'm not too superstious but I don't really like Friday the 13th. I don't walk under ladders either if I can help it. I don't believe in throwing salt over my shoulder or bad luck comes with a passing black cat. Sooooo I'm just a little superstious, lol.

In fact, Friday the 13th has always been a good day for me, possibly because I was born on a Thursday the 12th.

Naaaaa - its no different then any other day. Also I've owned both all black cats and all white cats, so I'm covered ......

Nope. Not superstitious at all here.

I wasn't supersticious and I have my black cat Smartie but after today I don't know, my nan having a heart attack at my house on today of all days after months of not seeing her I just don't know.x

My grandma raised me, and Friday the 13th is always her lucky day. She loves the number 13, as her birthday is 8/13 (happy bday nanny!), her wedding anniversary was 11/13, and she was trying to keep my uncle in until 10/13 (he came out just before, on the 12th). I dont have any superstitions, and most friday the 13ths have been pretty decent - guess she rubbed it off on me!

The only bad one I recall was when a kitten we took in who's mom and siblings got run over had to be put to sleep on a friday the 13th in october almost 10 years ago. She had distemper. Luckily her one surviving brother didn't contract it.
