Yep! DS was diagnosed with slight torticollis. Did you see a specialist about this yet?

I just read your birthing story.

We had to do neck exercises with every diaper change. He would SCREAM the first few days but eventually calmed down. You can find the exercises online if you weren't explained to yet. I had started a few days before his appointment. He just had a slight tilt to the left and couldn't turn to the left. He hated tummy time which is another exercise they recommend especially for his flat head. I'll see if I have a photo around somewhere.

Minor tilt

We havn't seen a specalist.... what kind do you see for it? She was diagnosed by her pediatrition and we go to physical therapy 2x a week. Lexi is tight on the left, so she is CONSTALTLY looking up to the right, and will usually slouch to the right if not properly supported.

I have been given a few excercises for her, for 3x a day, we just started pt last week.... tummy time (she looks right and pulls up her left arm) we have to put a small rolled up blanket across her chest to help her actually get up, biking with her legs, actual neck stretching (she HATES this) and encouraging a neutral head position and fluid movement left and right.

We didn't have to go to therapy. We saw an orthopedic doctor at one of the children's hospitals in Philly. We just had to do the neck exercises at home. I had everyone arm's while feeding him. I want to say left to right but it's been so long. Jr loved to sleep on his side so we encouraged him to sleep on the opposite side and used rolled up blankets to keep him in place.

Don't freak out. She is gorgeous by the way and the tilt reminds me of Jr's.

Yes I completely understand.
Give it a few weeks and you will see a difference.

I actually already see a differance, she is sitting up much straghter in her bouncy chair when I dont have the support pillow in it with hter and she is looking to her left so MUCH more, ther is still a tendancy for her to put her ear down and look up and right, but overall shes doing noticably better (at least I think so, lol)

Just keep doing the exercises.
Even if she cries still do them. It really works! Does she have a flat spot at all?

she is just starting with the bald spot, so no flat spots yet, actually everyone always comments on how nice and round her head is, lol.
