I ge to co-own a cat now!

I'm excited, I get to co-own a nice chocolate Ocicat female named Angel. I've asked the breeder to send pictures of her. She won't be living with me, but I get to participate more in the breeding now.

Still waiting to find out if this next litter will have my choc-silver boy. If not, I'll see when Angel is bred and maybe Zorro will be in there.

That is great!!!!
I would love to see pics of her.

See girls aren't so bad! Glad you own another.
How exciting!
Can't wait to see pictures of this pretty girl.
Hopefully the next litter has what you want and you can get that chocolate silver boy home. The wait must be hard.

Never said girls were bad. I did breed Cornish Rex. I don't have the space/time to have a breeding female in my house, so I can co-own one now.

Besides our female HHP won't allow another female in the house - she doesn't really like the neutered boys! I will only show neutered boys

You are going to think I am crazy but the easiest cat for me to show is Wrinkles.
She never hisses or growls at judges and has never acted up in the ring.
Polar Bare has started hissing at judges.

I know - you have better luck with the girls, I have better luck with the boys

It is kinda funny though because Wrinkles is a Tortie.
She should be the one with the attitude

My best cat so far for showing has been a girl (Harlequin), and she's also a torbie!

I don't understand. Owning a breeding cat but not having any part of the breeding?
I'm only aware of co-owning where a breeder co-owns with another breeder, usually the other breeder houses, shows and breeds the cat with original breeder remaining as co-owner on paperwork.

Oh. . . I think I've seen Angel recently! Send me a PM with her registered name. Congrats!

Amanda, by participate, meaning I can have input on who she is bred too - my suggestion on a litter. She will be bred to Ranger (choc-silver) and due about mid-late October. I'm waiiting on another female's litter now - she's due Aug 24th.
