I have never been to Mexico. I wound love to go. Either the country or the city.

I have another penpal who lives in the Yucatan, but I'm not precisely sure where. I have so many people I keep in contact with from many various places... I love cultures. I love learning about different places and different people.

I can understand spanish a lot more than I can speak or write it. My best friend growing up, her mother was from Mexico and so spoke it fluently. I took two years of french and spanish in high school trying to become fluent, but to no avail. Since then we have stopped being friends - long story - but my passion for the language and the people has not desisted.
5.- Do you have some CD of Spanish music? do you like it?
I do have some Spanish stuff. I like it!
6.- Have you ever to watched a Mexican Movie? ( I mean with Spanish Dialogs?)
Yes! Quite a few! Couldn't rattle off the movies. I love culture. It's funny when I'm watching the movies sometimes and I'm like, "That's not what they said!" LOL Because like I said, I can understand it a lot more than I can communicate it.
7.-Do you like the Mexican Food?( do you have any preference for example: burritos, Tacos, rice & beans, etc?)
I like all sorts of Mexican food but not faux Mexican food like taco bell. What a spoiling of wonderful food!!!!
8.-Do you like the Tequila?...or else Mexican Alcoholic beverage?
Tequila I don't like the taste of. I drank two bottles of it one time in hopes to get drunk. Just got crabby. A shame... Haven't tried anything else that I knew was strictly Mexican and now with my hiatal hernia as bad as it is, I don't think I ever will. Such a shame.
9.- Have you ever to sleeped in a hammock?
Yes. Have not done enough of that though
10.- Have you ever to saw the traditional mexican clothes?
Yes! We would dress up sometimes in the traditional clothes for holidays at my friend's house.

I did know it was a beach and have not been. Know lots of people who have gone and loved it.

How did you get your screen name? Do you hitchhike?
My screen name is from the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series by Douglas Adams. I have used this nickname in my exploits of hitchhiking around the internet for close to 15 years now. I started out as Hitchhiker but had too many females hitting on me, so for their clarification -bless their hearts - and for my sanity, I switched to LadyHitchhiker. Only one other place I have a different name because they couldn't fit in even Hitchhiker as the name. My name there is Llamalady.

If you had an all expenses paid vacation to the destination of your choice, where would you go and why?
Ireland would be my first choice. Since first grade I have wanted to go there. But there are so many other places I would like to go. Green is my favorite color and there is something so romantic about the accents.

Anything to do with water!

Do you drive everyone nuts at work (assuming that you work outside the home) with your love for cats and cat shows?
I think I drive almost everyone nuts at work with my love for cats, but there is one person in particular. She didn't understand when I tried to call her in to cover my shift because I wanted to spend more day with Linus before I put him to sleep. She has repeatedly told my coworkers that he was "just a stupid cat" and so didn't deserve the respect of having someone he loves with him when he was so sick. What an [enter expletive here].

Have you been to a cat show? If not, would you like to go to one?
I have not been to one, but I would like to. I've been to horse shows and dog shows and LOVED them so I can't imagine cat shows would be any less. In fact it would be more because I love cats sooooooooo much.

Have you met any TCS members outside the internet?
Not that I know of, and not yet. I hope to soon. Who knows what the future will bring?

It's not a matter of what my favorite is (though it's probably "the oldies") but as a matter of what I don't like. I really am not into Country or Gospel much. Although I do love some Johnny Cash!

Depends on who the artist is. Some of my favorite cds are collages which I don't know anything or barely anything about the artists. I wouldn't have experienced Me First and the Gimme Gimmes or the Mr. T Experience or even "My Lovely Cheeseburger" by the Veggie Tales without compilation discs.

1st: science-fiction, 2nd: probably musicals.

We do collect dvds and tv shows in boxed sets of dvds. We probably have over 300 dvds.

Based on looks, David Duchovny. His acting abilities are a little limited but I can't get enough of him for my eyeballs! But favorite alltime actor: probably William Shatner. I enjoy everything he does.

Milla Jovovich. I just like everything she's in!

Unless you count X-Files parties growing up? Or perhaps seeing a movie in the movie theatre? Alas and alack, no.

Just at the end of April finished a local production with the Dickinson County Community Theatre of the musical Oliver where I played the Widow Corney. "I shall scream! Scream! Scream!"
9.- If you could to meet to some artist wich one would be and say us why!... Well, I like to write parodies for fun, so I would probably sing my parody for William Shatner of the song "Shaft". Well I won't share if because apparently the nickname of William Shatner's name is a censored word on this forum though I didn't realize it was truly a bad word.. Hmm... Well anyways, if not him, then Weird Al Yankovic. And I would ask him to explain how he became famous - in his own words - from his parodies.

Not usually. Once in a while I'll have a hankering for a kitten, will go out and buy a plant and drown it until the urge goes away. LOL I know it sounds horrible, but it's one more being to love and feed for a short while.

I have a 1989 Chevy Celebrity named Farrah after Farrah Fawcett. I got her shortly after Farrah Fawcett died, and seeing as she's a Chevy Celebrity I had to find a good celebrity name for her. My husband wanted to call her Lindsay Lohan, but Lindsay is so self-destructive that it seemed like a bad idea.

Just one question, but one that requires some thought.

Suppose that one of the major parties nominated a cat for President.
And you have been appointed as campaign chairperson.
Please describe in detail how you would run the campaign.

Well first of all, I don't know anything about running a campaign as I'm not very involved in politics, but if the cats took the time to be interested in politics, you can bet that is someone I would vote for.

I would run my politics through the internet, and by passing out flyers, and to parades, and set up interviews with local house cats, go to the shelter, and find out what this president is going to do about our homeless masses. I would truly be very active in this. I would make up little pins for everyone.

I would go to every single newspaper that would listen to me, every single place that would listen to me. It would consume all my spare time actually. If it was someone my cats approved of, and other cats approved of, how could I not listen? Their advice I would value more than anyone else.
