O' Cheerios

So Chester loves his Cheerio's!! I like to have a bowl sometimes at night and he loves to try and get right on my lap to steal a few (drooling the whole time). I have gotten better at keeping him from getting his paw right in my bowl, sneaky guy that he is. When he first started this years ago I thought it was just because they were always in milk. That is not the case, he loves them even when they aren't. I have three children so there are always stray Cheerio's around and Chester always seems to come running when he smells them.

Does anyone else have the same thing happen?? He also likes the Honey Nut Cheerio's.

I don't have Cheerios around, but I have to keep the bread, crackers, cookies, etc. locked up. Merlin will actually rip open the plastic wrappers to get at those. I keep putting "cat-proof bread box" on my Christmas wish list, but nobody's come up with one yet.
