Belated Question of the Day Wed Aug 4

I totally forgot about TQOTD! It was the last day for Vacation Bible School, which I volunteered for... Well, better late then never.

What is your favorite drink in the summer?

I like a nice tall glass of fresh brewed Ice Tea! I also like ice water and the occasional diet soda. We have been drinking diet Shasta cola lately. We can get a 2 1/2 liter bottle for $1. Yummy.

My favorite drink is the same all year round---a good cup of coffee. I do like an occasional slushy Mt. Dew or Pepsi or lemon shake-up when it's really hot.

sugar free iced tea

If I can drink it in ac Ginger tea. but if not then pepsi or if not going out coors

I like Iced Coffee.

Limeade. I also like pink lemonade and iced cappuccinos.

I guess my favorite drink for the summer depends on the activity. I love to take my three kids for slushies at the local ice cream shop. I also do love fresh squeezed lemonade, with mint sometimes.

Smoothies made with fresh summer fruit!

coffee is my drink year round..I love it..But after the morning coffee I go with Iced Tea..no lemon icky...or Iced Blue Raspberry KoolAid

It was in the pub we stayed at last weekend, so i had to try one. I didn't realise how big the bottle was because it fills a pint glass. I finished it no problem though

I love Crystal Lite Peach Tea. Yum. But I also keep a pitcher of fresh-brewed tea in the refrigerator. Just having that over ice is so refreshing and thirs-quenching.

Gator-Ade Fierce Grape is my drink of choice after a run.

Anything with lemonade. I make a delicious orange lemonade and then mix it with iced tea. So refreshing.

But I'd never turn down a Smirnoff Ice with crushed ice.

Something frozen and preferably alcoholic!

Iced water, sometimes lemonade - must be Schweppes though, I don't like 7-up

Summer or not, I allways like best "lightly carbonated water with a hint of lemon". (that's what they say on the bottle) With no sugar or sweeteners. I haven´t been able to find anything like that when I am abroad.
This summer though, since we just got back home from our camping, I find that nothing beats the fresh water from the small mountain creeks!

Water. All year round. But more ice in it please in the summer!

Usually diet pepsi with lots of ice, since I have the ice maker on the door, it's so nice to get ice fast and easy. I also like a long Tom Collins or Screwdriver. Russ makes a mean Tom Collins, I don't know how but I'm good at making a Screwdriver with lots of Vodka.
