Not really. Sometimes I have issues falling asleep when I feel like it should be simple though and its so annoying.

I have problems sleeping sometimes, the worst is the horrible nightmares I have. When I have to get a good night sleep I will take a couple Advil PM, it helps for the most part......

I can pretty much fall asleep anytime

I think I have become immune to strong tea's (caffeine) effects.
But I am a night owl. Love those nights.

My stupid job has made a shambles of my sleep patterns. I've always been early to bed, early to rise. Now I have a rough time going to bed, and I have to sleep in the afternoon, and it's just maddening.

In a pinch, benadryl works wonders with pretty mild side effects.

I don't usually have a problem getting to sleep or staying asleep.

There's always exceptions though, like being on kitten watch
where I spend a lot of time reading in the middle of the night.

Yes, I have insomnia quite often.
I've been unemployed for quite a while, and when I try to fall asleep, my mind just starts racing... what if I can't get a job? What if I lose my condo? I have a big family, so being homeless doesn't concern me too much, but I also worry about Holland. I'm living with my mom right now, as are my sister, BIL and their 3 kids. One of my nieces is severely allergic to cats, and (to be quite blunt), my sister really pissed me off when she told me that she was worried about having Holland living in the house. I had a long talk with my mom when I moved in, and I told her (in tears) that my biggest fear was that someone would ask me to get rid of my cat. She told me "NOBODY is going to make you get rid of your cat!!". It meant SO much to me.

Anyway, I'm rambling. Probably because it's late and I can't sleep...
I will take Advil PM, Benadryl, or sometimes OTC sleeping pills when I really can't get to sleep.

Trapped in the catroom! ;o)
If I have problems sleeping I just pop a couple tylenol pm and out I go. Now with having to get up so early to get BF ready for work and stuff I havent had any problems going to sleep unless the power goes out from a storm. I HAVE to have the tv on so I can just let my mind wander into the tv show and doze off.

The other night BFs brother was over working out in the garage while we went to bed and decided he needed to come inside and use the community bathroom which then sent Max and Franklin into attack guard dog mode (he actually got scared of Max haha good doggie) and then I was awake for another hour afterwards. I didnt get mad though cuz our bedroom is RIGHT next to the bathroom so BF and I were making fun of his brother and yelling stuff like "OMG he farted" or "Get the nose plugs it reeeeekkkss"....LOL

4:00 here, too. "Meow, meow, meow!" every 4 seconds until we just give in and feed them.

For the most part, I don't have any trouble falling asleep. But Bootser insists on meowing around 4:00 in the morning and it's annoying. For me to sleep in is truly a luxury.

Sometimes I wonder if "routine" isn't conducive to good sleep. When I start having trouble sleeping, I stop going to bed and just fall asleep on the futon whilst watching the tele. Sometimes I'll wake up and go to bed, sometimes not.

This might go on for a few days - or weeks - and then I can go to bed again at a "normal" time and fall asleep with little trouble.

I can fall asleep no problem, but STAYING asleep is another story.
I toss and turn quite a bit and wake up frequently throughout the night. It's just been this way through the last year and a half or so and it's quite annoying really.

You probably know this, but the "PM" part of Tylenol PM is benadryl. I just get the generic benadryl at Wal-Mart (maybe $5 for 100 pills?) cut out the Tylenol exposure.

When I was working I didn't have a problem falling asleep because I had been up so early and worked all day. Now sometimes I do find it hard to fall asleep since I get up late most times. If I wake up during the early hours of the morning, I find it tough to fall back to sleep again. When I'm with Russell things are still the same. Thank goodness he doesn't snore
