Question of the Day, August 1st

I NEED to have a very detailed list or I'll forget stuff I need and buy stuff I already have. And I have to drive 30 miles to the stores so I can't be forgetting things.

I always shop with a list so I don't overspend or buy things I don't need, now I use the shopping list app on my phone.

Which one do you use? I looked at the apps store and I couldn't decide which one looked best. I just got my phone (Moto Droid) so I'm still testing things out.

I always make a list, we spend less that way!

I usually make a list but do buy things that are not on the list too.

Sometimes a list, sometimes not. Depends.

Memory most of the time, but occasionally I will make a list if we have a LOT of specific things we need to pick up.

These days I make a list because I have a very tight budget, looking forward to the day when I don't have to

I keep a list going - and I shop randomly sometimes, stopping on the way from work, going to a store where I know they have a sale on what I need.

But if I have time for a big shopping trip, I itemize my on-going list, and head out with my cart - usually on a Saturday - and try to clear my list.

I make a partial list and put it with my coupons that I'll be using so I don't forget to use them. I usually go by memory though.

I hate to cook too Kailie so I try not to go grocery shopping often. Maybe once a week, if that. The fresh produce is usually what I run out of and have to buy more.

List. I usually plan out the weeks meals for all the meals then there is a list for things to be written down as we run low/out.
We rarely go out to eat because we are into healthy eating and those places tend to cost more and I would rather spend that money on more meaningful things, like toys for the animals

Not only do I make a list, every week I make a menu so I know exactly what I need to buy.
