Hey everyone. I am really sick with Bronchitis and a Sinus Infection. I could really use prayers if anyone could offer them. Also, does anyone know if my cat can catch this infection? It is it contagious for other humans?

Oh gosh, sorry you are sick. I'd ask your dr. about the human possibility of someone getting sick. I think my vet told me once that animals can catch certain cold viruses.
Having had bronchitis a couple times, I can relate. Takes everything out of you doesn't it? Plus a sinus infection? You got a double whammy!
Drink lots and make sure you eat and rest, rest, rest.
Will say prayer for you to get back on your feet.

Contagious to cats, no. Contagious to humans, definitely YES; if not careful, you can even spread the infection to other parts of your own body.
Please do a sinus wash (or sinus rinse) to get the goo out; it helps unbelievably with the headache and being able to breathe! Problems usually start with a sinus infection, but the mucous can spread to the lungs and you can get bronchitis or pneumonia; if it spreads to the ears (sometimes by blowing your nose) you can get ear infections, too... All the more reason to do the sinus wash.

Prayers for you to get well quick. The neti pot really helps my husband. He gets sinus stuff a lot. You can get it at WalMart or drug store.
I'm sorry you're sick too, but I'm also in the same boat! My baby loves to lay on my chest or drink after me out of a water bottle cap. Should I stop til I'm recovered?

I would stop, just to be on the safe side. Use hand sanitizer, put tissues in an old empty tissue box that kitty can't get to. Keep dishes in the dishwasher so kitty can't lick them. Better to be safe than sorry.
