Remember this little fuzzball?

Well, he's growing up.
And, while the shoddy camera quality doesn't do him much justice, I think you'll find his transition to adulthood rather startling! That little grey spot in the first pic? He now has a grey "bib" that extends around the back his neck as a short-haired inch wide "collar". The black fuzzy hair is all about gone in this area. He has grey on his belly, too, and an underlying of grey everwhere else. Who knows what color he's going to be when he's done!

He's becoming the goofiest looking cat! But he and Alice are happy as clams and love playing with each other and their older step-sibs.

I'll try to get my friend to come over and take some better pics!

I think I told you once that I thought my Stinkpot probably looked like your Fozzy when he was a kitten, but I got him at 4.5 months, so wasn't sure? Well, now Fozzy looks alot more like Stinkpot, so I'm sticking with my story! His (Stinkpot's) fur began popping out long white hairs all over, so when he's backlit, he appears much furrier than when you see him in normal light. Plus, he white spots grew. How old is Fozzy now? Here's a pic of Stinkpot at around 5 months:

I think Fozzy is about 14 weeks old. I'll get better pics of him tonight so we can compare our metamorphosing fuzzballs!

I can't believe that that second pic is of the same little kitten in the first! It's true -- they do grow far too quickly...

But, there's no doubt that Fozzy is going to be as handsome an adult kitty as he was adorable as a kitten. It'll be interesting to what he looks like as an adult. With all that fur color changing now, it'll be a surprise until the very end. But, he's adorable no matter what. I'm so glad that you decided to keep Fozzy and Alice.

And, um, by the way, where is Alice? We need pics of her too, you know
. Thanks for the update on sweet Fozzy. He brightened up my day!
