My supervisor brought in some cookies that she bought in the bakery section of a local grocery store. They are incredible. I never knew such a cookie existed...I don't shop at that store and have never seen them. (Now for my Secret Santa plug.) If I can find these cookies around Christmas and figure out a way to keep them fresh until they arrive, I am sending some. Provided my person likes cookies. Delicous, yummy cookies
.

What kind? Dottie makes "cowboy cookies" that have EVERYTHING in them: coconut, chocolate chips, raisins, nuts, everything but alcohol or crack.

I bet they are delish...so who says they have to be made at home to taste good. I have a bakery who sells cookies fresh from the oven and tastes even better and I didn't have to do any of the work
Hope you find out just what kind they were.

They were chocolate with pecans and caramel. They tasted most like a turtle brownie or "The Flaming Turtle" from the Melting Pot Fondue restaurant.

I know a place that makes a heavenly milk chocolate chip and pecan cookie.

Oh, I do like cookies.

Yum! I need a cookie!

DH is our resident cookie monster around here and I'm always baking cookies to feed the frenzy.

Thanks for the cookie recipe links....I'll be making that second one (from Allrecipes) this weekend!

It was cookie bliss. I can understand how Homer Simpson feels about donuts.

Wait just one minute, here. That's the way I feel about donuts, too!
