He is obsessed with the hair catch in my bathtub?

Well now that Jordan has been healthy for a while he has decided that a strange behavior is the way to get attention. I shower at night, as the place I work has a strong odor. Every night within 20 mins of my getting out of the shower, I hear Jordan making a strange meowing sound. Then he will walk into the front room carrying the plastic hair catch in his mouth & drop it on the floor. He doesn't play with it, he just leaves it there. Sometimes I will find it in the bedroom when I wake up in the morning like he has moved it into the room with me. What on earth do you think he is trying to tell me? It is so very strange.

Maybe buy a 2nd catch (identical to the 1st) and have it be his toy. If the "fun" comes from jumping in the tub and retrieving it, maybe put it in the tub near the 1st and he'll think "Hmm. Odd. Now there's 2."

Nope he didn't think 2 was odd, he thinks it's great.
Now he has two to retrieve out of the tub & bring to mom.

That is really funny. I always tell Holland I don't know why I bother to buy cat toys for her, since she is more fascinated by other everyday things she finds around the house...

That is so weird, yet at the same time so cute!!!!!! Maybe he is returning what you lost in the shower back to you?
