Gone With The Wind; the 3 original StarWars movies; Butch Cassidy & The Sundance Kid; Young Frankenstein; Singin' In The Rain; most of the Harry Potter movies; Hairspray; Mamma Mia; i could probably name some more, but that's enough, if you ask me!

Ones I can quote are:
Grease
The Outsiders
The Lost Boys
Dirty Dancing

Ones I can watch 1000's of times (other than above):
The Breakfast Club
Goonies
St. Elmo's Fire
Rock Star
The Princess Bride
Wes Craven's Shocker (IMO, the funniest "horror" movie ever)
Poltergeist
13 Going On 30
Forrest Gump
Far and Away
Red Dawn

Tons others, but those are the ones I can think of at the top of my head.

I forgot to add to the ones I can watch over and over:
The Wedding Singer
Pretty Woman
Dead Again
Philadelphia

I just started watching Gone with the Wind tonight. I dont know how I have never seen or read it! I'm only an hour in and trying to save it for work!

I'm noticing a lot of grease and dirty dancing though

Mine's Full Metal Jacket. Most of the quotes would not be printable here! However, one is. R. Lee Ermey (a former Marine himself) plays the drill instructor in boot camp. His opening "speech" in the barracks to the new recruits is, umm, priceless, shall we say. My favorite movie line is what he says to one recruit: "You're so ugly, you could be a modern art masterpiece!"
Ok, there is another that's printable here:"Tell me, Private [can't remember the name], did your parents have any children who lived?" "Sir, Yes, Sir!" "I bet they regretted THAT, didn't they?"

The sad thing is, DH and I can remember and use the quotes from that movie at the drop of a hat. Guess we need a life...

One from Gone With the Wind: "Askin' ain't gettin'!" (Pork, the slave, to Scarlett, when she says she's going to ask Rhett Butler for the tax money for her plantation, Tara).

I can't quote any movies! I don't know why but no matter how much I love a certain movie, as soon as I'm done watching it I forget all about it, and not only I can't quote it, but I also don't even remember details from the plot, it all just goes out of my memory...

There's lot's that I can quote almost every line from. I've always had a knack for memorizing movie lines for some reason.

Pirates of the Caribbean 1
LOTR
Pulp Fiction
Fight Club
Forest Gump
Airplane
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Sweeney Todd
Happy Gilmore
Billy Madison
Old School
Anchorman
School of Rock
Tenacious D and The Pick of Destiny
The Princess Bride

There's more but those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

The quotes are so golden and seems like everyone knows or slips in a Mean Girls quote in conversations.

My ultimate quotable line is Roddy Piper's classic statement from John Carpenter's They Live: "I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick @$$, and I'm all out of bubblegum!"

Movies I could watch forever:
LOTR: The Fellowship of the Ring
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon
Watchmen
Tears of the Sun
most of the Kenneth Branagh Shakespeare movies, especially "Henry V" and "Othello".

Jaws
Raiders of the Lost Ark
Close Encounters of the Third Kind
(noticing a pattern here....like I'm a huge Steven Spielberg fan?)

Fargo
The Ghost And Mrs. Muir
The Usual Suspects - (which I watched again the other night, and happily remembered how brilliant it was.)
White Christmas
It's A Wonderful Life

These can all go into both categories. I know the lines coming up, and they're some movies that I can (and have) watched over and over again.

I forgot all about It's A Wonderful Life, and White Christmas!! Hubby and I watch those every Christmas, along with Scrooge (the musical version feat. Albert Finney)

I also meant to add to my earlier post, that I can also watch the following over and over....
Back To The Future
American Pie trilogy

btw, they had to leave out a LOT from the book when they made the movie. for example - in the book, Scarlett has 3 children. in the movie, only 1. bunch of other things are different, too. you should read the book [if you're a reader - it IS 960 pages in paperback form] because it's much richer in details than the movie.
that said - it's one of the better movies i've seen made from a novel.

Despite being a "grown up", three of my favorite movies I can quote:

Finding Nemo
Lilo & Stitch
The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen

If you notice, I have cats named Dorian Grey (League of extraordinary gentlemen) aka Dory (finding nemo). Captain Nemo (League of extraordinary gentlemen) aka Nemo (finding nemo). The Chairman Squishy Meow aka Squishy (finding nemo). What can I say? I'm a geek.

Well I do have a job that encourages us to bring movies and books so I may either go buy it or get it from the library!

Nuh uh...might give me away!
Wow, there are a lot of movies I typically quote:

Monty Python and the Holy Grail ("She turned me into a newt!" "A newt?" *looking sheepish* "I got better.")
Wanye's World (You didn't think The Office originated the "That's what she said!" phrase, did you???)
Goonies ("Rocky...road?")
Monster Squad ("Kick him in the nads!" "Wolfmen don't have nads!" "Just do it!" *kicks Wolfman in the nads* "Whoa, he does have them!")
Princess Bride ("I do not think it means what you think it means.")
Robin Hood: Men in Tights ("We can't buy no rolls until you pay the toll!")
Grease - I mostly sing along,

Office Space ("Have you seen my stapler??")
