) because I called 911 when I found an elderly customer on my route lying on his couch unresponsive. Sadly he died, so it's not like I saved his life or anything. But he was terminal and in Hospice care anyway, so I didn't expect him to survive. It's nice to have recognition, but really. What else would I have done? If you see an old guy collapsed on his couch, how can you NOT call 911?
