I recently bought some Feliway because I am introducing a new kitten to my household. I had a Feliway diffuser that I bought a couple of years ago, but I decided to get an additional one so I can cover more of the house with it. Now, the old one I have looks like this:
But the new one I ordered is kind of sideways - the way the plug is attached, the bottle of Feliway has to be on its side when the diffuser is plugged in. Is this the way they're made now, or did I get a defective one or something? I mean, it works, but being sideways means a little of the liquid drips out all the time. It isn't leaking much, but it just seems poorly designed to me. Does anyone else have one like this?
ETA: What I'm really wondering is, are they all like this, or could I try ordering a new one that that will NOT be sideways?

I think they make it able to rotate just in case someone lives in a sideways house or something
