Tumbleweed's One Week Gotcha Day!

Last Tuesday morning we met up with CatMom2Wires and picked up our little boy. He has really blossomed in a week! He's gained weight, grown a bit, settled into a routine, and is coming to learn that humans are good. Every time we have playtime, I pick him up and cuddle with him. Today for the first time, he purred while I was petting him!! He's purred previously, but not while being held.

From the looks of those backlegs in the last photo, you're going to have a BIG BOY on your hands when it's all said and done. I ADORE big cuddly boy cats!

He's just absolutely lovely. You are doing a great job with him. I knew he was quite scared/shy, but the fact that he was never aggressive with me when I handled him was a good sign that he will be your "cuddler in chief" very soon.

Awwww!!! BTW - I have that same toy strip of fabric on a stick... my boys squabble over it!!

Awww.....this just warms my heart. I love his story, and the fact that it was a TCS adoption, and the fact that he's so cute and cuddly and playful and settling in so well. Love, love, love it!!!
