Why I can't either...

I saw the "why I can't..." thread in the thread for the photo contest, and I thought, I must have some of those too.

Seeing them all together my final conclusion is that without cats I might be a much better housewife

Take laundry, for example;

why I can't do any laundry in the sink:



why I can't do any ironing (and when I do, why I can't help getting cat hairs all over it):





Why I can't fold my clean laundry:



Why I can't put it away:



Why I can't seem to keep the closet tidy;

Next up; why I can't do dishes.

Firstly; why I can't load dirty dishes into the dishwasher:



secondly, why I can't unload the clean dishes (at least, not as long as Flynn is still basking in the dishwasher's heat after it has just finished its program )



Why I cannot wash the windows:

because the cats occupy the stepladder as soon as I take it out...:



....and the bucket, too:



Why I can't get any groceries using my own bag:



Why I can't put a clean tablecloth on the table:



Why we can't have our pizza all to ourselves:



Why I can't get rid of the boxes cluttering up the floor;



Why I can't leave a roll of paper towels laying around:



Why I can't change the bedsheets (I'd already started by removing the duvet cover but when Flynn curled up in my husbands arms he decided to sleep in for a while longer)



Why we couldn't change to a flatscreen computer monitor:



Why I can't water my plants:



Why I can't grow any herbs that don't end up squashed.



Why I can't put anything together without losing some small parts:



Why I can't always get my husband to help me:

AWWW! I can't decide which pic or which kitty is cutest.

I think cats are a great excuse for not doing housework (not that I really need an excuse). Your babies are all so handsome and beautiful! And, your hubby ain't bad, either. It's great that he's a cat guy. All the pics are funny and very familiar.

They are all great! But I am partial to Mimosa, who looks just like my seal point Himalayan, Persi. Great job, now you have to pick the one you are going to submit in the current contest...Good Luck!

They are all so cute though, even if they're in the way, or maybe because they're in the way..

If these photos were in a book--I would buy that book!! GREAT pictures. The kitty in the sink is a favorite, but the kitty resting in the middle of the paper towel debris IS THE BEST. They are AL beautiful cats...and good for hubby for being a cat-kind-of-guy

They are just fantastic pictures, my hubby would go mad though, he moans about cat hair all the time. I wish my hubby was like yours x

These are fantastic!!! And you have so many to choose from, you could fill a calendar yourself!!!

I think my favorite is the one on the computer. Kitty looks so satisfied and hubby looks so.....well.....accepting....like, "Oh, well. So what can ya do?"
