What is everyone making (or made) for dinner? I'm making baked steak. Got the recipe from a friend at work. It's really easy and OOOOHHHHHH so yummy!

Preheat oven to 400. Use a cheap round or chuck steak. fry in olive oil with fresh garlic, onion and green peppers till pretty much cooked through. Put it in a sheet pan and set aside.

In the pan you fried the steak in, add cream of mushroom (or cream of chicken, celery or whatever you like), enough water to the consistency you like and a package of brown gravy mix. Or I just add beef bullioun. Cover steak with the gravy, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hour. Serve with mashed taters and veggie of your choice!

Sounds very yummy! I might have to try that!
Tonight we had fried chicken, baked taters, celery with cream cheese and baked beans. Very good I must add!
