Of course, I don't feel that way about my sweet, playful, very handsome foster kitten, Fergus, but that's how a lot of potential adopters may see him, especially when there are so many other cute babies in need of homes. Fergus and his brother Finn, who's orange and white, went to Petsmart on Friday. Finn was adopted over the weekend. Could you guys please spare some vibes that somene comes along soon who wants a little black kitten to love? Here's a few recent pictures of Fergus:

If I wasn't at capacity I'd take him in a heartbeat!
Since my friend finally got his own place and took his cat, poor Jade has been without a willing playmate.

I'm going to have to tell the rescue I can't foster any more little black male kittens. If I wasn't at capacity, I'd adopt a black male in a heartbeat.

Aww he's such a cutie-pie, and his little white chest fluff is adorable! It's so ridiculous how people are about black cats and dogs.

Ohhhhhhh! Little Fergus is absolutely gorgeous. His face is a mixture of my Raven's and Shadow's, and he even has a white chest spot like my Shadow. Major vibes that he will find his forever home very soon.

You always have the cutest kitties!

It's probably a good thing that you are so far away.

I want them all!

Oh I would love to have this sweet boy!

I will send up some prayers tonight for him to find his own people. He looks exactly like Spot, Beebas mom who I lost a year ago. Right down to the white spot (hence the name Spot) and brown eyes.

God Bless Fergus. He is such a charmer.

Thank you so much for the prayers.
I'm praying too. Fergus is such a sweet little guy. Stopped by Petsmart last night and he just wanted to be held.

What a cutie. I hate when we get black kittens because I know they will stay with us far longer than any others.

Oh man.
I don't know how you guys do it. I don't foster, so I have no previous "attachment" to the kitties in the adoption centers, but I won't even shop @ Petsmart or Petco because I end up in tears if I walk by the kitty cages. The image of this little cutie-pie sitting by himself in a cage just breaks my heart.

I always try to look for the best "fit" for my fur-family when looking to adopt, but I'll always take a black kitty first if one is available. (Plus now that I've done new-cat introductions once and know what to expect, I'll probably be a little less strict about what "best fit" entails.
) My sister and her bf have the same standard (they have 3 cats, 2 black and one tuxie
).

for Fergus! Your forever home is out there, buddy!

I know how you feel. When the rescue asked if I'd foster Fergus and his brother, Finn, who's orange and white, I figured Finn would get adopted first. He was only at Petsmart a couple of days before being adopted. His adopters fell awful that they couldn't take Fergus too since they already have two adult cats at home and three's their limit. I respect that. It's hard seeing Fergus all alone in his cage, but he seems to be doing okay. He gets plenty of attention. Fortunately, the rescue only leaves cats and kittens at Petsmart for two weeks at a time, then they go back to foster or the shelter if not adopted.

Please keep the vibes coming for Fergus. I'm really hoping someone falls in love with him this weekend. Thanks!

He is a cutie! I had black cats when I was growing up, and nothing else. I have black cat now and we love him. Fergus reminds me of my Little One I had when I was little. Fergus will surely find a home soon!
