I know not all of us frequent the bridge forum. It certainly can be a painful experience, albeit rewarding at times.

So, I thought I would do a quick thread here in the lounge to announce the new sponsor for the Bridge forum -

Pets to Rest specialize in unique pet urns and caskets, as well as pet cremation jewelry. Check out their website to see some of the beautiful ways they offer cat lovers to forever cherish the memory of a loved one.

Susan, they have an ad showing up at the top. If you think a sticky can give them more exposure, that might be a good idea to have as well. Would you like to post one as the forum moderator or shall I? PM me if you like.

Hello ladies, that would be great if you could post a sticky. I just saw our name in Kitty Bites. =)
Thanks so much,

They certainly have some beautiful memorial items. And as a member, I appreciate them being a TCS sponsor.

Thanks, Anne. I had posted a similar link a couple of years ago and you are absolutely right: the bridge is a very sad place to go and I cannot bear to go there very often. But I do know this: I will be cremated and perhaps placed in a urn that defines who I was. If I outlive my cats they will be cremated and placed in a most appropriate urn. People that do this are not weird. In fact the church I go to has a garden of flowers and bushes and trees grown from the remains of former congregation members. Of course this will disgust some but you could plant an oak tree in the remains of your cat, something that will far outlive you and you will always be in the presence of your cat.
