Ok here is a question for you bookworms out there

For those who use a library, how many books do you take out at one time.

I usually take out two books at once, on rare occasions I will take out three. I do put books on 'hold' especially for a James Patterson book. You have to pick up a 'hold' book within three days of the email so that's when I usually have three books at one time.

I read mostly mysteries usually cozies. I will take out anywhere from one to several depending on if I am reading or knitting mood. I can read a book a day so I can read the books within the month allow. Newer books have a 14 day limit.

Now that I have the nook, I don't go to the library often. I used to take out between 8-10 books, I'm a reading machine
Though things have been busier now with work and school so I haven't read as much as often.

I haven't used a library in years simply because I trade at a local used book store, I trade with my Mom, I shop at Indigo a lot and I also belong to 2 mail order book clubs. HOWEVER, back when I would go to a library I would usually take out 2-3 books at a time.

Usually about 3-5 or more if I find interesting stuff. I love the library!

Depends on how many good ones are there... I try to refrain from large quantities of books though, because I never know how hectic my schedule is going to be. I
reading though.

I usually take out two, because I never know how busy I'm going to get. I have a library brance right across the street from me, which I find very handy!

When I was younger and in a different town(s) I would take at least 4-6 depending on what I could find. The library here in town and the system it's on is severely lacking, thus I'm lucky if I can even find one or two books I want there. I mostly read e-books and used books (that I buy) now. I'm not sure how many of those I have...

I usually only take out one at a time because our library is really small. I can rarely ever find a book that I actually want to read.
