Is this bottle fed behavior?

I noticed something last night, when the noise of the kittens drinking kept waking me up. From my experience, most cats drink by lapping up their water, right? Well, all three of my kittens suck their water...all of them. I have never before seen a cat do this. They even do the same thing with wet food. They don't bite it, they slurp it. Is this a behavior related to being bottle raised? Would being near grown cats have taught them to do these things "normally"? I'm very curious, it's so very odd how they eat and drink!

How old are they? They should outgrow that sucking behaviour eventually.

Young kittens are also a little noisier at drinking, too. They take a little while to figure it out,

Gumby still sucks at water. She was born August 2009. As of yet, she hasn't outgrown it. She wasn't bottle fed, but was "caught" (feral kittens to feral mother) with her littermates at about 6 weeks.

They were 4-5 weeks when I got them, and are now around 4 months.

Charlie laps his water like an adult cat (he was picked up off the street at about 5 weeks old, is now about 7 weeks). At first he didn't know what to do with it though, I had to show him. I made "cat food soup" and had him lick it off my finger, closer and closer to the dish, until he was licking it directly. From that point he quickly learned to lap up liquids.
