Hi I'm new to the site but not to cats. I have one called Otis Blue that the vet describes as a "psycho", and I must admit I'm inclined to agree with him. My other cat Willow lives with my parents, but as I am moving back home in 2 weeks I am sure the fur is about to fly. Hopefully the tips I got on introducing cats to each other is going to work. Any advice will be gratefully accepted!!!

Welcome to the site! I'm sure with time and patience your two cats will at least learn to tolerate each other.
Those two things are the key in cat introductions - time and patience.

Thank you everyone for your warm welcomes. I have started with the whole, let them smell each other blankets and stroke them and make them associate the smell with good feelings and both are purring away.

There is no hissing or growling so I am hopeful for a good outcome. Thanks for your support!
