If this little girl was not so cute I would have to kill her!! She is so destructive and defiant!! I have met some defiant cats in my day but this one!!! Oh she is a pain in the u know what!!
I havnt had cable tv in about a year. Just had it hooked up wed. and just an hour ago this "preceous thing" was playing in the wires and now the tv is off!! Then she gets on the coffee table and clears it! Then she dumped a full ash tray! Arrrrrggg! thank god she is so darned cute!!!

I feel your pain! DH's cat, Fluffy is unbearably cute, and she is soooo bad. I will scold her for many of the rotten things she does, she will lay those big, green eyes on Daddy, and he protects her from the big, mean woman scaring his little Princess.

I've read that all baby mammals, including humans, just have to be cute - otherwise, they'd probably never be nutured to maturity!

Just an aside - the OP mentioned a full ash tray. If, for any reason, you were looking for a reason to quit smoking, you might want to take a look at the effect of smoke on pets. I know a couple of people who were having a very hard time stopping, even though they knew the risks to their own health, but were able to do it once they realized the risks to their pets. Sometimes it's that little bit of added incentive that can help.

I know your pain! My little girl is a demon. We call her "Lilly Monster" and "tiny terror".

She has that personality where she will only do something if it's her idea. Today I needed to take her to get her 3rd FVRCP shot and she was totally fine with the carrier, having a good time playing in it, until it was my idea for her to go in. She got all bitey. Fun times! I can't wait till she's older and settles down.

Kittens are very lucky they are so cute!

Attitude tried to go after a moth and tore across the end table knocking stuff over dumping an ash tray(which was slightly empty I never let mine get full because it's a PITA to clean up if it dumps, and I'm clumsy, lol.)

Nuts also loves running into me full speed if I don't move out of his way fast enough or I get on the wrong side of the wall when he shoots by. He also knows he's not allowed on the counter so he'll get on the top of Paul's recliner and put just his front paws on the counter. He also loves to scratch the walls in the bathroom while we are in there(and only when we are in there) and the box spring shows that he scratched it(it's not destroyed it just looks scratched.) He has Soft Claws on so now his scratching doesn't do anything.

It is so lucky they are cute or I'd kill them. My son was also lucky he was so cute otherwise I would have killed him when he was 2 and 3(he's now 7 1/2 and there are still times when he's lucky he's cute.)

All babies have to be cute or they wouldn't make it to adulthood.

Taz, my big orange guy, came by the name honestly, as in the cartoon Tazmanian Devil.

He found us when he was approx. 12 weeks old, he had an infection in his mouth and a magled tail, which was amputated by the vet to "lynx length". He was shot full of antibiotics and came home,

Within a day and a half, he had recoverd from all this trauma and was litterally bouncing off the walls.

I would be sitting in my favourite chair and watch him run at the couch, I'd suck the breath in to yell at him to stop but he was so fast, before the words could come out, he would be on the seat, then over the back of the couch, without missind a stride...........and on the the next "adventure".

His sworn mission was to torment the two "old girls" we had at the time, Molly and Mitzi", their warnings and hissing were just like a squeeky toy to him, it did not deter him in the least, it just made him more active.

He is 12 years old now, in good health but is slower and a bit more dignified, although he is still our best fly catcher. This 20 pounder can go from being on his side, looking like a beached sea elephant, to "launch mode" to take a fly, at an altitude of 3 feet off the floor, out of the air.

I guess in indoor pet cat never looses some of those kitten traits.

AARGH! Now Scooter has learned to open the back door and cool the outdoors at night. He has no respect for my electric bill. I caught him sneaking in like a errant teenager about 3am, leaving the door wide open. I could have sworn I locked it with everyone inside before I went to bed. He ran up and rubbed his head on my foot and let out the sweetest meow like he was sooo glad to see me when I busted him coming through the door.
I thought dh had been going to the shed at night and leaving the door open, but had forgotten to say anything to him. I am glad I didn't now.
