Morning folks!

Well my bestie is 4 days overdue today, my guess was that the baby would come this morning...in about 20 minutes to be exact. Let's hope it doesn't disappoint me

Off to work in a bit. We are in the middle of a heat wave, and it's not pretty. I have been trying to go for a rollerblade after work for a while and it's too darn hot! Nuts!

Good Morning everybody!!

Its supposed to be a high of 97 today and the humidity is at like 81% with 5-10 mph winds! Well atleast there will be wind..Me and the animals are parking our butts inside and already have the acs cranked up to high. Id rather be cold right now that sweating my butt off, hopefully the house stays cools. Yesterday the thermostat was pegged over 90 even with both ACs on and fans going. BFs working a long day today so Ill be napping and putzing on the computer and price shopping for the first few things on my "I Want" list.

It's warm here today, but i wish we could have a good downpour to clear the air

They still havent caught the gunman that's on the loose just up the road from us, so were all staying cautious until he's caught or unless he shoots himself

Wow, stay safe is right!


Not a good day... I have a migraine and I need to be home in bed but instead I'm here at work waiting for my meds to kick in.

On top of this our car is back in the shop, and I hope SO much that it's actually fixed this time. Also, we lost a foster kitten last night and I'm fairly certain we're going to lose at least one more.

Blahhhhhh... I hope you're all having a better day than I am.

Kailie, I'm sorry about your little fosters. And I hope you feel better soon; migraines are no fun. Take some time out for you today.

Triple-digit temps again yesterday with more of the same today. We desperately need rain.....everything is bone dry. It's really bad. Got home from work, grabbed a few groceries, had a quick dinner of BLT sandwiches and salad. And I hit the pool and stayed there until around 10 or so last night.

Have a dr appt this morning, but not much else on the agenda.

The shootings happend over the water from me, but he's supposed to be in hiding just up the road in a small town called Rothbury which is about 20 miles from me.

Someone told the police they had seen him at a place called Blagdon which is where the girls and I go for coffee about 5-10 minutes from where we live.

I still say he's over done it on the steroids!.

Morning. It's nice here now, but later today is supposed to be very hot. My sister is moving in with me tomorrow(my 59th bithday), so today I've got carpenters coming, taking a whole lot of books to the Library and the MERRY MAIDS are coming. Keep us in your thoughts that we can get through the moving in stage without killing each other.LOL.

Good morning

The humidity and heat have returned today, but I'll still probably hit the beach after work to get my tan on. My sunburn from the weekend already blended into the tan I had before, it's lookin' good for when the Mustang gets here in 10 days!

Have some fish tissue samples to weigh up, not really looking forward to it. I think I'd rather eat first then do it, because I swear the smell sticks to me for a few hours afterward.

Well, I have another date today. Yes, I know. What's new? This guy I talked with twice last night for an hour each time and we had great conversations. Plus, he has 2 tix to Paul McCartney Sat. night and no date though he does have a date Friday night so I have competition. I really liked talking to him on the phone. I think that we might hit it off. It's lunch at a great restaurant I know.

Good Afternoon. I had a pretty big migraine this morning. I haven't had one in over a year. Luckily DS takes his nap in the morning so I was able to sleep it off. Now I feel drunk so I am taking it easy and not wrestling with him.

How scary Susan! If it's all over the news hopefully he didn't stay in the area.
