The day has finally arrived: Tomorrow I go for my hysterectomy. About 2 weeks from tomorrow when the pathology report comes back, I'll find out if this nightmare is over!

Yesterday my brother came over and took my bed off of its frame so that it will be easier for me to get in and out of bed.

I've spent weeks cooking and freezing food, so I won't have to worry about having to cook.

My friend's daughter is going to check in on Abby. I'm going to miss my baby girl. She's never been home alone before. She always had Chynna with her for company. I plan on leaving my radio on for her so there is some sound.

I'm almost finished packing. I just have to put in my CPAP machine, dental night guardand my reachy/grabby stick so I can pick things up without bending.

I'm so not looking forward to tomorrow
I'm scared and anxious and worried.

Please keep those thoughts and vibes coming that they can complete the surgery!!

I won't have any internet access until I get home from the hospital on Sunday or Monday. So I'll try and update you all at that time, depending on how I feel when I get home. I may not be up to sitting at the computer for a few days.

You are going to do well!
I'm praying for you girl! My oldest sister Monica had her hysterectomy last week and is doing much better now. I think you will feel better once everything is over with.

I'm sure sweet Abby will do well, especially with someone kind looking after her. I think that leaving the radio on for her is a good idea! I'm sure she'll be excited to see you when you get home.

(P.S. Hope you enjoy your goodies I sent in the hospital!

Loads of healing vibes I am sure it will go well.
When my sister had her hysterectomy they said it would make a new woman of her, she is still waiting to turn into a 6ft blond.

Best wishes...everything will be fine.
Just don't get sick on the morphine pump like I did and you'll be fine.

I had mine thirteen years ago, at age 30...didn't have a choice... (wow has it been that long??) have never looked back, and have never felt better.
