Back from my mini vacation...

Hi everyone, Russ and I had gone to his shore home for a few days and we had such a great time. It really was nice with just the two of us, no family or friends around and it was wonderful. We would get up late and have a nice breakfast together at home, then shower and walk the boardwalk. We walked on the beach in bare feet, then later went for a snack on the boardwalk. They have all that good stuff that we shouldn't eat but did. When we got tired of walking we went back to his house and just spent time together, later we got ready for dinner, then on to the open bars. We drank, we danced without a care in the world. I hadn't felt this good in a long time.

The crowd from this weekend didn't show up till Friday, then all heck broke loose. The boardwalk was so crowded and looking down at the beach, it was mobbed too. That's why we went there the middle of the week cuz we knew it would get crazy for this holiday weekend. We left last night to beat all the traffic that would occur today and especially tonight. Today Russ is having lots of friends and some family for a BBQ, he left to go home already and I'll be going later.

I did miss Autumn so much and she wasn't very happy when I walked in, she stuck up her tail and walked away, I guess she missed me too but of course she won't show it

Never even thought to bring the camera with me. I do that all the time, I really should keep it in my purse.
