Oh Linda, my heart just broke when I saw this. Please know that my heart goes out to you in this difficult time. I will say a prayer for Chynna's sweet little soul, and prayers that you will find peace in this time of sadness.

I wanted to join the chorus telling you that you did the right thing. I am sure you know but as someone who had to make the same decision last week, I also know that it is such a terrible feeling, and one has to hear it being said a few extra times.

I shed a few extra tears for you and Chynna as I read your post. I hope my little boy will meet Chynna somewhere across there because he sure could use the company of someone who was loved so much.

Linda, I'm so very sorry for your deep loss. Chynna was always one who I admired from afar. Such a beautiful creature. She knew the love between you is strong, and there really is nothing more binding than that kind of love.

Play well at the Bridge, sweet Chynna. Look after your Mommy and your sister. They need you now too.

Linda,

I know how you feel. I had to do the same today. I am so very sorry, but it sounds like you has a very special cat!

you know in your that you made the right decision, however hard it was for you to do. play happily again over the Bridge, Chynna, & bide your time till you see your loving meowmy once more.

im so sorry. its always hard losing a pet. it helps to keep active and try new things to keep your mind off of her passing. What i do when a pet dies is i create a memorial in my backyard, or, if you don't have a backyard, a table or dresser works. gather photos, toys, her collar, anything of hers that has value to you. keep them safe and near you so that the wonderful memories can live on in your heart.
