Question Of The Day - Saturday, July 3rd.

Good Morning everyone

Here's today's question:

What do you do for a living?

I'm a trucker/mover. It's hard work, but the pay is gooda .

Professional musician/ music teacher

I'm an administrative assistant who is now learning about insurance. I hate it and am trying to figure out what else to do with my life.

I'm a truck driver for Toys R Us. Long hours, but not particularly hard work. And pretty good pay.

Insurance adjuster for PD.

I'm in college, but I work full time now for the summer- I work in a lab and analyze soil and water for all kinds of bad stuff that shouldn't be there (I'll leave it at that, LOL)
I want to be a lawyer, but I'm still working on my bachelor's and will graduate in Dec 2010- after that I'll have to wait to hear from law schools if I've been accepted or not

I'm a Librarian currently working in programming and outreach.

I am one of those evil money grubbing bankers. No, really, I am a banker but we are sensitive to situations that warrant waiving of fees.

Formerly a nurses aide/home health aide. I had to take a leave when we adopted our DD. Now, due to back problems, I'm unable to do that sort of work (a field I loved). So, I'm a domestic goddess who makes and sells crafts on the side.

I don't. I have just retired.

I work at an animal shelter.

I'm a laboratory analyst in an environmental chemistry lab.

I am an underpaid overworked customer service rep for Direct Student Loans.

I ENVY YOU!.. .. ..

I used to be a pet groomer, until I got layed off on Thursday. Now I'm unemployed.

I have a non paying job. I am a preacher's wife.

I work at a bookstore (YAY) and at Wendy's (sighs).

Looking for another job to supplement my dreamjob of the bookstore so I make more money and have consistent reliable hours. (Dreamjob as in fuction. Not dreamjob as in hours or income.)

I would love to work with animals. My vet's office said if he ever hires again I am the TOP of the list. Let's hope someone moves!

Bartender, kitchen help, pool maintenance, janitorial work.

Right now...nothing

I was employed for a bunch of years doing various financial activities such as billing, inventory, collections, accounts payable and and whatever else needed to be done.

Over the years I've been moved in and out of five different offices in two states. That's how I ended up where I am now.

But they just moved my job to another state and this time I did not want to go with it. Fortunately this time they made us an offer to leave the company that was too good to pass up.

It's been three weeks and I am already bored. I need something to keep me busy. Another job would be nice.

Retail....unfortunately. We are moving in 2 months and I am hoping to find something better.
