What color are these kittens?

My neighbor has these kittens and they have the strangest coats. What color would you call them? Will they loose the fuzzy white hairs?

They are black and white. Right now they have a "fever coat" that will go away.

Yes, she should. One of them looks like he has something going on with his eyes.

It looks like that in the picture but it has white hair around its eyes too. I will suggest that she take them in, don't know if she will though.

They remind me of Ling and her siblings. I thought they were pointed with blue tabby stripes. They were born blue tabbies, and then changed to pointed, and now Ling is black & white!

I've never had a black kitten be born blue (or "fever" coat) from birth. But if they are like Ling, then the kittens will be black eventually.
