Hes had it there since tiny kitten and vet said its harmless when he got neutered now 4 years later...See what vet says hope its not to costly as having 9 kits s/neutered and the one mom...

So sorry to hear. Please update us when you find out what the vet says/does. Did it enlarge to the point of bursting through skin?
