Does anyone have a home remedy for an anemic cat? In addition to her CRF, Dusty is also anemic.

Many CRF cats are anemic.
I was told to feed liver to my cats when they were anemic by the vet.
Also Pet Tinic helps also.

I am using Pet Tinic on my CRF kitty and it is apparently working well. There are two different kinds of anemia though (You can see LDG's great explanation on it in my thread for Boo -- "Boo's getting his Epogen -- Health updates"
Ask your vet about it. I haven't tried the liver though so no experience there. the Pet Tinic wasn't very expensive.
