The heat is sooo bad these days!!!!!!

It was in the triple digits this afternoon and talk about HOT!! The kids even compalined...they didnt even want to go outside, and I had been putting ice in both Roc and Fluff's water bowels, but they played with the ice until it melted instead of drinking their water... silly kitties..anyway..the temp has dropped but it is still so humid in here..uugghh..its 86 right now, but I am being reminded of how much I hate this hot weather....

It's just too damn hot to even leave the house! Today is was just over 100 degrees and I spent 3 hours in the blazing sun! My brother is fixing a Demolation Derby car and I told him I would paint it. After 2 coats, I felt like I was going to pass out. I've never been so miserable! I still have a helluva headache from it. He better appreciate what I did for him!

Been triple digits here too. 103 last wed and thurs. 101 on Friday, Saturday 105, yesterday it cooled off a bit to 99 and today 102. YIKES! But at least it is dry here. When I lived in Michigan on the Grand Traverse Bay we had 100% humidity and 80's was worse there then 100 here!

Not only did I work my butt of in the heat, but I managed to look like The Hulk by the end of it! He HAD to have it "Jolly The Green Giant" green!
