Is there some way we can give her some political horsepower without sticking her in Congress? Congress has a way of screwing people up.

Good point.

I don't know what her background is. Could she be a Parrish president? Anyway she appeared to be speaking 'off the cuff,' and she was thorough, concise, organized, charismatic, passionate and truthful. She needs a bigger audience.

I agree with you. The county worker in the other thread that didn't know Arizona was a border state is the one that is Congressional material.

I had no idea it was that bad. I love this woman! There is no excuse for this lack of response, IMO. I know actually stopping the leak may be hard, but protecting the US soil and the coastal waters SHOULD be the on the government. They should do whatever they can to protect it. I'm just sick.
